Return window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
Items that cannot be returned
- custom or one-off products;
- injector or pump testing and work performed on customer-supplied parts;
- downloadable software; and
- products sold as DIY.
This list is not exhaustive. Return and refund approval remains at our discretion.
Partial refunds
We may issue a partial refund for an item returned after 30 days or an item that is damaged, missing parts, or no longer in its original condition for reasons not caused by us.
Refunds
We will email you after inspecting the return and tell you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The time needed for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
If an approved refund has not appeared, check with your card issuer or financial institution first. Email sales@motorsportdiesel.com if you still need help.
Injector core refunds
Injector core refunds are issued after inspection and at our discretion.
Exchanges
We replace items only when they are defective or damaged due to our error. Contact us before returning an item for exchange.

You are responsible for return shipping. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable. Use tracking, and consider insurance for items worth more than $100. We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive.
